Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
• Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure effective working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal's tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across real estate developments.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and reporting systems.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support business growth and investment decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team while promoting operational excellence.
• Identify financial risks and recommend practical solutions to improve business performance.
• Support management with feasibility studies, investment analysis, and financial modeling for new projects.
