Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our financial operations and ensure the financial stability and growth of our organization. The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, tax planning, financial analysis, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive financial performance and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors.
  • Banking & Financing Management.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership position. 
  • Strong financial analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team. 
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. 
  • Sound knowledge of NRB regulations and policies regarding loans and bank financings.
