Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, and payables. Prepare and verify daily accounts receivable and payable reports
  • Safeguard the cash, cheques, account books & software, accounting documents, file, bills, voucher, receipts and ensure the safety of cash transactions
  • Assist concerned authority in financial planning towards making financial decisions
  • Preparing MIS reports and assist in financial analysis and interpretations
  • Timely verification of payroll and disbursement of salary on timely basis
  • Tax planning and payment procedures. Maintain good relationship with the stakeholders for smooth processing.
  • Reconcile bank account, VAT account, debtors and creditors account in the stipulated time
  • Supervision and monitoring of field staffs and provide office visit details on a daily basis
  • Proper filling of all the documents and update VAT Books on a timely basis
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports and submit a report to the concern authority in the stipulated time period
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority

  • Gross salary of NRs. 30,000.00 to NRs. 35,000.00 + attractive incentives
