Reporting to: Sr Management

• Handling the finance function of exchange
• Fund Management of Exchange fund, negotiation with banks
• Look after treasury function of exchange own funds
• Control all local accounting of exchange
• Manage the team of people to assist him in the job responsibility
• Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the department heads
• Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control
• Support the CFO/CEO/MD in the provision of information for the estimates/MIS/Reports/other compliance
• Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times
• Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the appropriate approving body in conjunction with the CFO & other committees
• Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding from Parent company
• Act as cheque signatory for and authorize expenditure up to limits as per the
• Delegation of Authority
• Compliances and timely Assessments under various Direct and Indirect Taxes, Excise & Service Tax Act
• Other Admin Function of the exchange (including vendor payments, bills processing etc)
