• Maintaining and handling Petty cash
• Maintaining and handling Purchase fund
• Payment to suppliers of PET bottles from purchase fund
• Facilitate in payment to any other suppliers
• Preparing expense report against financial transactions incurred
• Facilitate in requesting advance and its settlement 
• Ensure compliance of financial policy and budget allocation
• Ensure compliance over documentation required against financial transactions
• Any other job as assigned by the supervisor
