Arbitrary Digital Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department in managing daily financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain and update financial records, accounting systems, and documentation in an organized manner.
Process invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense reports accurately and on time.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining general ledger accounts.
Support the finance team during internal and external audits and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and track company expenses, revenue records, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial documents and transaction records.
Assist in financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and accounting software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge of Nepal tax regulations, VAT filings, and compliance procedures.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data handling.
