Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to efficient departmental functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling daily financial transactions.
Prepare, verify, and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and other financial documents.
Support periodic account reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.
Perform data entry, documentation, and record management tasks.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Department in routine activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
