We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2+ years of professional experience who is passionate about financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Manage, analyze, and report daily financial transactions
Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate ledger records
Manage payroll, billing, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Assist in audit preparation and reporting processes
Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
2–4 years of experience in account management, finance operations, or billing control
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or ERP-based accounting platforms
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, ledger tracking, and collection follow-up
Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation protocols
Familiarity with audit preparation formats and reporting schedules
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills for client-facing coordination
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
