Finance Assistant

NA invites applications from qualified and committed individuals for the post of Field Officer & Finance Assistant.

The candidate for this position will be based in Sindhupalchowk and expected to perform following tasks:

Handle petty cash and responsible for cash transaction.
Draft letters related to administration and finance to be sent from Nagarik Aawaz.
Responsible for logistic support to program as and when required
Keep records of all the financial transactions related to Nagarik Aawaz.
Ensure all the payment are authorized and evidenced & payment of tax on time.
Support all kinds of filing and documentation system of the organization.
Check all bills and vouchers prior to payment and ensure all bills and invoices are cancelled by “PAID” stamp.
Maintain records of all the goods and assets.

Minimum required qualification: +2 with 2 years of work experience in a related field.

Duration: Initially for one year with possible extension.
