Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Logistics Officer for a full-time, on-site position at AHZ Nepal in New-Baneshwor. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial and logistical operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budget preparation, financial record-keeping, supply chain management, and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial operations, including the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow maintenance to ensure financial stability.
• Prepare Fixed Asset reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records of all daily transactions and financial changes.
• Analyse actual performance against budget/forecast and assist with month-end management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels to meet operational needs, ensuring timely availability of supplies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
• Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key insights and variances, directly to the Finance Manager at the Head Office in the UK.
• Analyze logistics performance and financial data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
