Job Description

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO

Job Purpose:

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to support effective decision-making, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
Analyze and look forward to developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
Analyze, prepare, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
Oversee taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Implement cost control measures and optimize financial performance.
Evaluate investment opportunities, risks, and business expansion plans.
Ensure proper internal controls and safeguard company assets.
