Job Description

  • Maintain accounting on ERP system for Sales, Purchase, G/L & Budgeting, AR, AP, Cash management and Fixed assets  
  • Prepare and submit VAT and TDS on monthly basis.
  • Process payroll and make salary disbursements on monthly basis.
  • Provide financial reports to the management on timely manner.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing the accounting information
  • Manage Contracts,Legal documents, Employee files, Loans and Advance documents
  • Communicate and coordinate with NRB and Banks on import purchase and payment.
  • Handle relationship with customers and vendors on financial matters.
