Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a full-time on-site position for Finance and Admin Officer at E.coil Pvt. Ltd, located at Thasikhel, Lalitpur. The Account Officer's responsibilities include overseeing accounting and financial operations, billing, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations, processing accounts payable and receivable, and providing account related administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain and update company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Fresher with good knowledge of accounting can apply.
Must have basic computer Skills like word, excel, typing etc.
Commitment for at least 2 years..
Having experience will be given priority.

Note: Training will be provided to the selected candidate upon hiring.
Salary: Based on experience and level of accounting knowledge.
