Job Description

  • Lead finance & accounts department and assistant to the COO for organizational management and strategic policies and planning of financial activities
  • Assist the COO in the preparation and implementation of the projects in budgeting, financial procedures, logistical and administrative requirements
  • Prepare financial reports of the company -monthly, quarterly and annual basis, covering all assets and operations of the organization
  • Produce annual financial statements and prepare draft annual budget
  • Facilitate Audit requests, requirements and responsibilities of all the information in finance in consultation with the COO and Auditors.
  • Supervise Subordinates and support staffs in guiding and controlling efficiency and day-to-day performance.
  • Handle all the statutory requirements of Income Tax, Company Act and other applicable Acts
  • Manage and control office equipment, supplies and other organization’s properties
  • Maintain organization’s accounts, follow up financial procedures, keep financial records and control entire organization’s budget
  • Responsible of all payments, invoices, salaries, Daily Substance Allowance and other organization’s expenses
  • Supervise maintenance of office filing and documentation systems
  • Monitor expenditure according to work plan and budgets
  • Maintain relations with Bank, Customers, Suppliers & others.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management & Board.2
