Background of Project
Recognizing the complexity of school readiness and the smooth transition from early childhood development (ECD) classes to primary school in LMICs, this project proposes an intersecting model that emphasizes the tri-directional readiness of parents, children, and schools. It is research-based and focused on inclusive education, aiming to prepare ECD teachers and schools through rigorous teacher’s training and supervision, while supporting parents and children through periodic parenting readiness programs.

Scope of Work:
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations to ensure implementation of activities based on standard guidelines, research ethics and national protocols. The role involves developing assessment, monitoring, and supervision plans, as well as facilitating regular collaboration meetings with central-level stakeholders and ensuring program advocacy as well as community engagement. In addition, the position involves preparing a range of operational reports, including case studies, supervision reports, annual program updates, progress reports, training summaries, and final evaluation reports.
