Field Officers will be based in community and will work with a certain number of schools in respective areas. With support from Project Coordinator,Field Officer will work with children/students, teachers, SMC to build their capacity on various aspects of education project (school safety, and local level advocacy). Key duties includes; carry out vulnerability assessment, facilitate to prepare SBDRM plan, carry out observation visits to trained teachers and provide on-site support, work with CVA working group to facilitate the local level advocacy process, collect beneficiary information and support to update the database

Minimum Qualification and Experience required:

• Bachelors in Education or relevant discipline with two year of experience in Education project (preferably School Safety, and/or Community based advocacy projects)

Skills:

• Excellent computer skills including email, internet and MS Word, Excel, and Power point, excellent standard of written and spoken English and Nepali
