The Proposal Development Officer will lead the development of high-quality project proposals, concept notes, and funding applications to secure support from donors, foundations, government agencies, churches, and other funding partners. The position requires strong writing, research, coordination, and project development skills to effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact.

Note: This is not a permanent employment position. The Proposal Development Officer will work on a proposal-by-proposal basis and will be compensated for each completed proposal. Engagement will depend on the organization's needs and the availability of proposal assignments.
