Field Mobilizers will be based in community and will work with a certain number of wards/ local protection and promotion committees, CFLG committees and its process, police and groups like children and life skills groups, mother groups, School Management Committees (SMC), health workers, Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHV) and parents in respective areas. With support from Project Coordinator, Field Mobilizer will work with the above stakeholders to build their capacity on strengthening child protection system, access of system, building confidence of children through life skills and creating protective environment at schools, homes and communities.

Minimum Qualification and Experience required:

• Intermediate in relevant discipline with at least 2 years experiences on child protection projects in similar capacity or having strong social mobilization skills

Skills:

• Excellent computer skills including email, internet and MS Word, Excel, and Power point
