We’re looking for a talented candidate to lead fiber optic operations. This role involves handling all fiber optic activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking reports, and conducting analysis and reporting to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of fiber optic operations and strategies, including GIS for fiber optic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Develop fiber optic plans, set targets, and execute maintenance and deployment campaigns.
  • Optimize inventory levels, analyze operational data, and report to management.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and deployment of fiber optic infrastructure.
  • Create networking plans.

General Management Tasks:

  • Manage fiber optic operations to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop strategies for improving operational performance and service quality.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team, setting performance targets and conducting
  • evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Analyze operational data and communicate regularly with senior management to drive continuous

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • +2 / Running Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
