  • Should have completed Bachelors graduate/ Masters or similar educational experience
  • Should be up to date with market trends and partner networks
  • Good spoken and written skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of in MS-Word, Excel, and similar office tools
  • Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented 
  • Prior experience in product management
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Description

  • Conduct research to understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth in both Men and Women Fashion Category
  • Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and stakeholders in the responsible category
  • Research and analysis to understand the catalog requirements for all sub-categories in detail for the category
  • Working closely with the content team to ensure continuous and rapid onboarding of new vendors/products on to the platform
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, content, tech and logistic teams to meet sales targets
  • Evaluate promotional plans
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
