Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking experienced Regional Managers to oversee operations and sales performance across key regions in Nepal. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in FMCG, food operations, food manufacturing industry, and perishable goods trading/manufacturing who can drive sales growth, optimize operations, and lead regional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee regional operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution of business processes
Develop and expand distribution networks to maximize product availability and market penetration
Achieve sales and growth targets for the region
Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and field teams to achieve operational and sales objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for expansion
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines
Report regional performance, challenges, and insights to senior management

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Food Management, or related field
5–10 years of experience in food operations, FMCG, food manufacturing industry, or perishable goods trading/manufacturing, including managerial responsibilities
Proven experience in managing teams, sales growth, and operational excellence
