Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize operations across the KK Foods division. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proven track record in scaling business performance, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all business functions
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and growth targets
Oversee production, supply chain, distribution, and quality control processes
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across departments
Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion and new initiatives
Analyze operational performance and implement data-driven decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
10–15 years of experience in operations management with minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role
Prior experience in FMCG, food production, or the manufacturing industry is preferred
