Study Abroad Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Study Abroad Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding students through the study abroad process, providing tailored counseling on international education opportunities, and supporting the organization’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong presentation skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions with students to assess academic goals, career aspirations, and study abroad options.
• Provide guidance on course selection, universities, admission procedures, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to students, parents, and school/college representatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract prospective students and increase awareness of study abroad opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, university programs, and admission policies.
• Manage student profiles, track applications, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the admission process.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and program outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
