Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, the British Model College (BMC) under The British College is arguably the best, most well-equipped, and cutting-edge A Level College in the country. Established in 2013, BMC offers prestigious Cambridge Assessment International Education A Level courses. We uphold a personalised approach to education where each student’s work is carefully monitored and evaluated to help ensure their success.

Subject combinations offered at this College prepare students to enter engineering and medical colleges, or set students up in the pursuit of higher education in the liberal arts or pure science; as well as computer studies, accountancy, and management faculties. The Advanced Subsidiary Level General Paper remains a compulsory subject, irrespective of the group of three principal subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in English General Paper (AS Level) as per the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Teach up to 5 sessions daily (250 mins/day) and provide remedial support to students as needed.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and contribute to academic events, workshops, and parents’ meetings.
  • Support Programme Leader in planning, reporting, and programme improvement.
  • Engage in classroom observation, student evaluation, and continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in student development, ECA/CCA/Sports, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme.
  • Adhere to faculty guidelines, academic calendar, and staff/student code of conduct.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions for outreach and recruitment initiatives.
