Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Sajilo Sewa located in Lalitpur District. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees all facility maintenance operations and serves as the key client liaison. Core duties include coordinating maintenance staff and tasks, managing budgets and inventory, keeping clients informed through personalized outreach, fostering positive long-term relationships, identifying areas for performance improvement, and reviewing analytics to adjust practices to meet emerging client needs. The role requires both technical facilities supervision skills as well as strong client account management abilities.

  • Oversee all facility maintenance operations including preventative upkeep, installations, inspections, repairs, and emergency response. Manage maintenance staff scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all client accounts and oversee maintenance of customer relationship management system records. Verify data integrity through audits.
  • Strategically schedule skilled personnel for site visits and urgent orders. Coordinate with clients and field teams while preparing comprehensive estimates. Consult with clients, negotiate terms, and secure approvals.
  • Keep clients informed about project status, company information, and issues impacting operations through regular personalized outreach. Promptly address complaints.
  • Review analytics and monitor emerging trends to identify opportunities to adjust maintenance practices and service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Promote a collaborative company culture centered on diversity, ethical integrity, professional development, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement related to client services, maintenance operations, resource allocation, and systems. Support teams during peak periods as needed.
