• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Meeting Coordination
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including venue arrangements and technical setup.            
• Project Management
• Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects and initiatives.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Plan and execute executive events, including conferences, client meetings, and company functions.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the executive team.
