Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including venue arrangements and technical setup.
Project Management
Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects and initiatives.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, including itineraries and accommodations.
Plan and execute executive events, including conferences, client meetings, and company functions.
Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the executive team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/ Master degree in Management or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
