Job Description

Areas of Responsibility:

Kitchen Production
Monitor all food purchases, storage and provision areas.
Support and train staff as per their need
Monitor the supervision and evaluation of students while undergoing practical training in kitchen.
Assist with the Cost Control of ODC/special event programs
Teaching as per GATE Academic Curriculum requirements
Menu Plan

Required Qualification:

Proven knowledge about the hospitality sector.
Experience in food production both local and international.
Teaching experience in food production is a pre-requisite
Teaching experience in Australian Certificate IV an advantage
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
