Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchise of Radisson Hotels & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
The job involves full control of the managerial and practical running of the food production area. He should maintain the consistency and standard of all different cuisines, menus & presentation of items and the development of new recipes for future menus and promotions. Minimum 10/15 years of experience in 5 star branded International hotel. Besides, being an excellent craftsman he must possess the ability to organize, develop, train and supervise the kitchen staffs as per the RHG brand standard. Diploma/ Degree from a recognized catering institute is must.
