We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience inspired by Himalayan hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination, maintain high service standards, and lead the team in upholding the authenticity and quality that define BHG’s culinary journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and hospitality standards.
Ensure consistent quality of food and service in line with the restaurant’s brand and concept.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow and timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies while minimizing waste.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance.
Assist in implementing promotional activities and enhancing customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and daily operations.
Uphold the use of authentic ingredients and traditional preparation standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant operations.
Passion for diverse cuisines, especially Himalayan food culture (preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
