Job Description

  • Must be able to work directly under Director of the hotel.
  • To supervise daily kitchen department shift operation and monitors compliance with all food safety standards and procedures
  • To manage day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Responsible to plan the Menu
  • To maintain the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed
