  • Minimum 5 year of progressive experience in Foreign Employment Agency/ Travel/Tour and/or Ticketing with knowledge of Visa, Flight Ticket, Travel Documents, Process of Departure/Deployment, Labour Authorities and Clearance Formalities .
  • Minimum 12 Passed or Bachelor Degree with 3 year experience is desirable.
  • Good public relation and professional communication skills.
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment.
  • Be available for irregular hours/Off days and weekends in case needed.
  • Need an excellent command over English both verbal and written.
  • Hands on working experience on computer, MS word, excel and email.  
  • Must be able to operate photocopy, scan, printers & intercom.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Tally and Accounting is advantage.

Job Description

  • Responsible for having queues, PTA issues, and re-issues completed in a timely manner.
  • Need pro-active approach while taking confirmations from candidate’s travel dates.
  • Follow up with visa out candidates from respective department & branch for flight and call them for deployment.
  • To check and update on time in case of any off-load and non-arrival case of candidates.
  • Ensuring the efficient operations and maintain performance of the assigned task in order to achieve deployment Target.
  • Handle day-to-day problem related to deployment resolution, escalating to higher levels as required including daily reporting to Admin Manager.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all the departments and branch office regarding deployment issues, travel section for tickets and with labor department for labor clearance formalities.
  • Ensures reliability and accuracy of ticketing database.
  • Prepare and report daily deployment status at End of Day.
  • Be responsible for own duty and work in a team by becoming a good Team Player.
  • Should know the Work Flow Process of an Overseas/Foreign Employment.
