Job Description

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Graduation with 3 yrs experience or an MBA/MBS degree with 1year experience in the related field. 
  • MBA freshers with a strong will to grow are encouraged to apply. 
  • Preferences will be given to those who have worked in eCommerce, on-demand, last-mile delivery, and ride-hailing related works.

Job Briefing:

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Job Duties:

  • Devise and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and loyalty.
  • Write ad copies and content for various marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain a sound relationship with media, vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of several campaigns using various metrics and submit performance index.
  • Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Identify key staffs in client companies to nurture profitable relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and tactfully.
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  • Aim to retain customers and renew contracts.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Gain a solid knowledge of competitors
