Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.

Salary: 75K or Negotiable

Job Description

Providing Administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Performing minor accounting duties.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role at least 2 years
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Professionalism and a positive attitude
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree (BBA/MBA)
