Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.

Salary: 75K or Negotiable 

Job Description

• Providing Administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Performing minor accounting duties.
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role at least 2 years
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree (BBA/MBA)
