Parichay Advertising is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring they align with our clients' goals and expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
Manage all event operations, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety regulations.
Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support.
Monitor event performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management.
Proven track record of organizing successful events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
