Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Design and conduct comprehensive market research studies to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the EV sector.
Utilize a variety of research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data analysis.

Data Analysis:

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Use statistical techniques and software to analyze market data and interpret results.

Reporting and Presentation:

Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders.
Create data visualizations to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Competitive Analysis:

Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, including their products, marketing strategies, and market positioning.
Provide regular updates and actionable insights on competitive movements and market dynamics.

Customer Insights:

Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
Develop customer personas and segmentation strategies to inform marketing and product development.

Trend Analysis:

Identify and analyze emerging market trends and their potential impact on the EV division.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and forecast future market conditions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with external research agencies and vendors as needed.

Data Management:

Maintain and update databases with relevant market research data.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all research activities.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest market research tools, techniques, and best practices.
Continuously seek ways to improve research methodologies and deliver more impactful insights.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Excel).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with database management and statistical analysis software.
