Job Description

Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows between different ERP systems
Handle users’ support requests and ensure a timely and efficient service
Assist in the monthly and yearly closing process to ensure a smooth running of operations
Generate and update ERP technical and business documentations;
Assist in customization of ERP applications to satisfy business needs
Stay abreast with the latest development and best practices in the field of the IT and implement the newest techniques
Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment
Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization
Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes
Provide required training to user related to ERP
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission of Agni Group
Daily reporting to Senior ERP Support Specialist Staff
