MIS Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Officer to manage, develop, and maintain our Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support management decision-making.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and customize MIS solutions accordingly.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations to senior management.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay updated with the latest MIS tools, techniques, and best practices.
