Job Title: Senior Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support and guidance to company executives and clients.
  • Implement software solutions and ensure successful module completion and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in alignment with company policies.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates, including security patches, to uphold optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and report on system usage and activity, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Train junior executives and clients on new technology and systems as required.
  • Handle sensitive information and data discreetly and in compliance with company policies.
  • Escalate issues to senior IT staff or management when necessary.
  • Stay updated on current and emerging technologies.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and analyses to understand requirements effectively.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in accounting principles or familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Swastik, or similar.
  • Background in IT or engineering is advantageous.
  • Fluency in language(s) is essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Logical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sharp technical knowledge coupled with adept soft communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (BBS), Business Administration (BBA), or Management (BIM).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
