Roles and responsibilities of this job

Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
Maintaining discipline
Coordinate with Institute Incharge in developing the department and work in alliance with the other academic employees
Lesson planning and preparation
Teaching and counseling
Prepare question papers
Prepare academic plans
Other duties as assigned

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Compassionate and positive attitude and a strong understanding of student development
A minimum of 1 year experience in similar institutions with knowledge of a variety of effective assessment and evaluation practices
Bachelors degree with sound academic achievements
Excellent oral and communication skills
Must demonstrate excellent leadership, team, and interpersonal skills
Excellent counseling and problem-solving skills
Strong ICT Skills including a very good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
