The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of all systems and facilities. This role includes managing technical teams, preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects,and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The Engineering Manager plays a strategic role in maintaining operational efficiency, minimizing downtime, optimizing costs, and enhancing the overall guest and staff experience through reliable and well-maintained facilities.
