Job Description

  • Payroll Management: Ensure management and supervision of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, wages, bonuses and deductions. Generate payroll reports , reconcile discrepancies and address all payroll-related issues of the employees from recruitment till full and final settlement.
  • Employee Loans/Advance Administration: Ensure the true and correct administration of Employees' Advance with approved limit check, re-payment norms, Policy Adherence, SOA compliance and timely deductions therefrom with proper reconciliation with respective ledgers.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure true and correct calculation, deduction and timely deposit of withholding taxes, Social Security Deposits, generation of TDS Certificates to all deductee employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure strict adherence and financial governance and implication audit of the Policy in vouge with respect to employee benefits TADA raising and settlements, expense reimburesements, incentives, health insurance and fringe benefits.
  • MIS Generation & Submission: Ensure generation submission of all the periodic and adhoc Management Information System (MIS) Reports as prescribed by the management within stipulated deadlines.
  • System Adherence and Improvement: Ensure adherence to the system in vouge and hunt for scope of system development and automation with potential scope of MIS improvement and/or automation with intend to saving in time, resource, energy and cost.
  • Coordination, Cooperation & Compliance: This profile acts as a bridge between HR & Finance & Accounts, thus he/she shall ensure proper coordination with Corporate HR for all approved Appointment Letters with entitlement of financial benefits, policies, SOA, SOPs, Approvals and act for strict financial administration and compliance of the same.
  • Further he/she shall coordinate with all respective Unit Finance Heads for proper and timely postings and reconciliations of the same.
  • Assist in preparing and providing all the data/documents/reconciliations and justifications with respect to employees related accounts during audits, reviews, scrutiny or whenever required by the management.
