Kathmandu Institute of Applied Sciences (KIAS) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental and autonomous research organization based in Nepal established by a group of Nepali scientists with proven excellence in basic and applied research. KIAS aims to serve the nation through high quality researches, which are critical for developing appropriate solutions and providing objective recommendations for national policies and strategies.
