Job Description

Administrative and Finance Associate is a mid-career position and plays an important role in organization’s administrative, finance, procurement and HR related task. S/He works closely with programme and project staff maintaining financial records up-to-date and assisting in financial monitoring and analysis of projects.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records as per organization’s rules and regulations
  • Maintain records in Tally software, and ensure UpToDate for internal control and audit follow-up
  • Administrative support to the organization  
  • Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
  • Review procurement requests and initiates procurement procedures for office and project equipment, supplies and services in a transparent and cost-effective manner; recommends procurement decisions
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor/team leader
