Roles and responsibilities of this job

Upper Madi Hydropower is seeking highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure the efficient operation of our hydropower plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Design electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and protection systems.
Develop electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate electrical components into overall project designs.
Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to optimize electrical system performance.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.

Duty Time: Both day and night on company rules.

Salary and other facilities will be provided as per Company's rules and regulation.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than or equal to 22 years

Other Specification

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven work experience in electrical engineering, particularly in hydropower or renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards.
Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
Experience with power generation, distribution, and control systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Age between 22 to 40 years.
