You will have relevant tertiary qualification in undergraduate/graduate professional degree in Education, social work, psychology or similar and have had direct experience of supporting vulnerable children, young people or families in a community context. You will have had some people and project management experience and excellent people and project management capabilities. You will be able to work in demanding environments, be able to make decisions in complex situations and be able to advise support workers on social work issues. You will also need fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali.This position would suit a person looking to join an organization over the longer term and grow their breadth of skills and responsibilities within a small but expanding organization.
