Job Description

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Study Abroad Education Counselors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide expert guidance and personalized counseling to students seeking to study abroad in countries such as Japan, Korea, Denmark, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and comprehensive advice on studying abroad options in various countries.
Assist students with university selection, application processes, visa procedures & scholarship.
Conduct student assessments & provide personalized recommendations based on academic qualifications, preferences, and financial background.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems, admission requirements, and visa regulations for the targeted countries.
Manage communication with students, parents, and educational institutions professionally.
Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and events to promote study abroad opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or related fields).
At least 2 years of work experience in education consultancy sector out of which at least 1 year experience should be as an education counsellor or documentation officer.
In-depth knowledge of education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations of any of the popular study abroad destinations such as Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Malta, Australia, Canada, USA, the UK etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Good computer and documentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and subordinates.
Proficient in English and any other relevant languages will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Must be able to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
