Qualification:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field
  

Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years work experience in the relevant field with the sufficient experience experience of monitoring and evaluation, teachers training and training

Job Description:

• Collect relevant information and data and establish baseline for the projects so that project can measure and clearly show the outcome of HPF's intervention on education
• Conduct teachers training, training to SMCs and community interaction and orientation at the village level
• Assistant Education Coordinator to finalize the annual and longer term target of each indicators in line with projects logframe
• Frequently conduct field visit, collect the regular data and case study
• Analyze all the impact measurement data and prepare periodic impact data
