Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in education or immigration administration? Join our team as an Education Agent Admin and play a key role in assisting students in their enrollment journey!

Key Responsibilities:

Student Enrollment & Application Processing – Assist students with application submission, document preparation, and follow-ups.
Compliance & Documentation Support – Ensure all documents comply with visa regulations and institutional requirements.
Communication & Coordination – Liaise with students, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies for smooth processing.
CRM & Database Management – Maintain and update student records, applications, and correspondence using CRM software.
Finance & Accounting Support – Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in education or immigration administration.
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of visa processes & compliance (GTE, student visa applications, documentation requirements).
