- Monitor day to day operations of the online product listings
- Plan work flows & place product information in conjunction with vendors
- Manage customer relations for the stores through vendors
- Collaborate with Buyers, Sellers and developers to prioritize product requirements
- Coordinate and assist for product images including extended product descriptions
- Manage, train and maintain order fulfillment processes
- Work collaboratively with Management, the IT Team and the Web Developer on online store
- Use analytics and other researching methods to benchmark, measure and analyze key performance indicators as set out by Management
- Manage and maintain vendor’s agreements
- Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities for increased sales
- Prepare contract for vendors & proposals for online payment gateways
- Develop action plans for ecommerce b2b merchandising function from ground up across websites and businesses
- Create pricing strategy across various multiple vendors ensuring that the business goals are met
- Anticipate & plan Lead promotions strategy and Create innovative promotions.
- Come up with new initiatives to increase consumer purchases & engagement
- Ensure best in class merchandising capabilities including up-sells, cross sells, enhanced content, etc.
- Ensure smooth processes on proper internal executions & external communications are done well for ecommerce listings
Salary + Commissions + incentives
