Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and creative ECA Incharge to lead and manage extra-curricular activities within the school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising a wide range of activities that support students’ holistic development beyond academics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee all extra-curricular activities (sports, arts, music, drama, clubs, etc.).
Develop an annual ECA calendar aligned with the school’s goals.
Encourage student participation and identify talents in various fields.
Coordinate inter-house and inter-school competitions and events.
Manage ECA budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
Supervise and support staff involved in ECA programs.
Ensure student safety and discipline during all activities.
Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
Collaborate with teachers and management to integrate ECA with academics.
Communicate with parents regarding student involvement in activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creativity and enthusiasm for student development activities.
Ability to manage multiple events and responsibilities efficiently.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Experience in organizing events or managing student activities is preferred.
